Review of Avatar (2009) by Brendan F — 03 May 2014

Although the film runs 2 hours and 35 minutes, Avatar still provides amazing special effects and a very imaginative world to captivate many audiences. Sam Worthington gives a great performance and is pretty convincing in his role as both an ex-marine and Avatar.

Overall the acting was a bit over the top at some points and had some funky one liners here and there, but nevertheless, this movie should still be a fun ride (especially in the 3D blu ray edition). Definitely worth the watch.
