Review of Automata (2014) by Piriya C — 14 Oct 2014
Comic-book-like story and characters, which is the rationale people are using to hate this film. But the real reason they hate it is that they cannot accept the reality it displays -- that humanity is a frail, limited species which will shortly, in what is in fact an entirely natural process, be superceded by the "artificial" life it creates.
