So where the bloody hell are you? Been watching this bloody boring 3 hour movie! Cliche after cliche after cliche of (false) Australian stereotypes featuring just about the entire Australian film industry.
Who is this movie pandering to? The Oprah Winfreys of America. Not in any way a fair representation of this country by Tourism Australia... just a small snap shot of the Northern Territory. I've been there and it's bloody hot and if this film was realistic in any way Nicole Kidman would have had some serious sweat stains on her three piece tweed suit.
No parasol is going to save her from that unforgiving Australian sun... and not a single fly in sight! Pfff!! And I'm sure Hugh Jackman had to broaden his accent so that it was wider than his beefed out shoulders.
I wonder how he managed to say "crickey" without bursting out in laughter, or from rolling his eyes. This rubbish is insulting to watch.
