Yes although this movie may seem predictable, it is a very inspiring and heartwarming movie. Allowing the audience to feel how the music is the main driving point behind the movie not the actors, at least that's how I seen it.
Yes the movie was a bit rushed in places and could have been a little longer and showed more in-depth moments. I feel everyone should watch this movie at least once and if it's not for you it's not but I believe it is a great movie with a lot to offer and has a good direction.
My favorite part of the movie is in the shelter place with all those other wild kids and that one guy using them to make money when august "plays" the guitar. That part always gives me chills.
Over all I love this movie and suggest everyone to watch it.
