Disturbing but good! Strong story and very strong actors, the continuity suffers a bit with the flashback at the end and the hallucinations of the guy, and although it serves to deepen the characters it might be a bit confusing.
.. (and it begs the question, are those hallucinations true or something he thinks up to explain things...).
