Review of Audition (2000) by Freddie F — 08 Jul 2011
This was the first Takashi Miike film I saw. It was one hell of an introduction. After that I began watching Miike's films, and though I haven't seen really that many considering his massive body of work, I became a huge fan.
Rewatching this, I realize it is not his best, but it still holds up well, and retains a good deal of its shock. A well told tale.
