Review of Attack the Block (2011) by Nick A — 06 May 2012
I could say a great deal of fine things about the job Joe Cornish did with Attack the Block as its writer and director, but the miracle within isn't of Cornish's doing; it's the film's star, John Boyega, who looks the second coming of Denzel Washington and, best yet, commands the screen as if he actually is.
He deserves to be a star.
