Fernando Barreda Luna's Atrocious was as underwhelming as it was disappointing. Although the twist at the end is solid, the lack of buildup is hardly worth it. Bottom line, unless you're a hardcore genre film, stay away: and if you are, be forewarned, this film is slow, even by found footage standards.
