Review of Atonement (2007) by Steven C — 06 Apr 2012
"Atonement" is a film that drips with emotion. From anger, to lust, to longing, to depression; Joe Wright's film never hits the wrong notes. Speaking of notes, I love how they incorporated sounds and music into the score, it's very creative.
Propelled by fine performances form James McAvoy, Keira Knightley and Saoirse Ronan, "Atonement" is a fine film worthy of praise. (Oh, not to mention that brilliant moving master shot, pure movie magic right there.
