Review of Atonement (2007) by Lindsay K — 02 Dec 2012
I thought this movie was just going to be one of those lame movies that gets nominateed for the Oscars because it has all the cliches. (pretty actors, period piece, drama, pretty customes,based off a novel) but no.
It really WAS like every great period piece you've ever seen in one movie. and let me tell you now. That one single steady came shot blew me away. My mind was numb afterwards. It's got to go in the guiness book of world records for longest single shot ever.
It was like a beautiful dance. Anyway, that shot alone makes me wish the film won an Oscar.
