Review of Assassination of a High School President (2008) by Louis M — 04 Nov 2009
This poor little indie will definitely draw comparisons to "Brick", but both movies are extremely different. Assassination relies more on the comedic tone of a noir set with teenagers and the dialogue is not as adult-like as "Brick".
The movie boasts great performances especially by Bruce Willis who plays a hilariously deranged principle. It's not as good as "Brick" but is quite original with nice visuals, and great performances, and deserved a theatrical release.
