Review of Assassination Nation (2018) by Phillip S — 30 Sep 2018

I understand this is supposed to be an over the top satire, but I found this movie very unpleasant to watch. It doesn't say anything new or interesting, it's not funny, very little action, unlikable characters just being mean and nasty (even the "good" characters), etc.

There were scenes here and there I thought were well done, but overall I really did not enjoy this movie. I felt like I was watching "Spring Breakers" part, but at least that movie was better.

"Assassination Nation" isn't the worst movie of the year, not even close, but it's a movie I'll likely never think of again after this SENTENCE.
