Cold, grey, joyless movie about a heartless psychopathic killer and a traumatised killer with a need for vengeance, and some strangely complicated plot about corrupt Interpol agents and a mob boss.
The film is not exciting, thrilling or funny, and takes itself quite seriously. It is also a very (deliberately) cold-hearted, mean-spirited film. which makes for incredibly exhausting watching, without any payoff.
