This was a pretty bad action movie starring Jean-Claude Van Damme.
A hitman and a guy out for revenge team up to kill someone.
Very boring and very uninteresting with a terrible look to the movie. It constantly has a yellowish tinge through the whole film.
Van Damme should have stopped making movies a long time ago.
Not even the tiny bit of nudity there was could help this movie.
