(2011) Assassination Games.
ACTION.
Decent straight to rental flick starring Jean-Claude Van Damme as hired assassin hired to take out a particular person only to be botched as a result of colliding with someone else wanting to do the same thing. Of course, they eventually work out their differences and work together. It's obviously a low budget different version of the Jason Bourne movies.
