I have never been one for indian cinema, no real reason, but I picked this up for £2 at a shop one day and was amazed. Santosh Sivan really knows how to tell an epic story and turn a quite brutal historical tale into something beautiful.
a good film, not advised for people new to world cinema, but a must see.
