Review of Ask the Dust (2006) by Carlos B — 16 Jun 2008
A dramatic tale about a writer who becomes obsessed with a mexican beauty. I just saw this film and I was expecting this to be a boring movie,but I must say(Even thou I never read the original Novel) that the dialogue and the script were actually amazing.
Salma Hayek was a perfect casting,but Colin Farrell was just not the right choice for the leading actor and his acting looked forced. The 30's scenarios were amazing too. And of course, this movie gets an extra star for having Salma Naked! Wow! ha ha ha Jokes aside the movie has some cool complex situation and it's worth the watch.
