If you're not a fan of the books, then this is going to be a boring generic movie, with "meh" story and effects... The acting is at least good. (It's the only reason I gave it a 1 out of 10 and not a 0 out of 10).
As a movie I give it a 3..
If you are a fan of the books. This is actually insulting, the makers basically thought we were too stupid to like or understand the original story.
