Review of Art School Confidential (2006) by Peter F — 14 Apr 2011
It's not afraid to expose the absurdity of art school, an institution that tries to teach people about what art is or means. It also flawlessly destroys the special class of people who think they can correctly interpret the ideas or feelings of art itself.
Max Minghgella ( The most ignored actor of the Social Network) gives an outstanding performance, perfectly combining insecurity and a tenacious attitude that always seems to backfire on him. It's funny and original, which is increasingly hard to come by in a teenage angst movie.
