Review of Army of Darkness (1992) by Melinda G — 20 Feb 2011

Great to watch with good company that will make fun of it with you. The peanut gallery made this as good as the movie. I'd never heard of 'horror comedy' as a genre before (despite the likes of Shaun of the Dead lol) but this was so unbelievably cheese, gory, scary, funny, I'd recommend for a good drinking party movie, but not to purposely go out and rent to sit and watch.

The effects are wretched, but that adds to it, and it was probably great when it came out!
