Fast-paced, no-frills B-movie throwback that you could easily see as a straight-to-DVD special if it weren't for the big name cast and not-insubstantial budget. The plot is about as deep as a paddling pool with details that you'd consider important being completely glossed over (when did Matt Dillon and co plan the heist? How did they intend to get away with it?), but for a casual Friday night viewing it's just about ideal.
Turn off your brain and enjoy.
