Review of Arlington Road (1999) by Dave C — 08 Nov 2007
I had the opportunity to see this movie at a media screening before it's official release in Australia. In a cinema containing about five hundred people, in the last five minutes you could have heard a pin drop.
Made before we really cared that much about terrorists Arlington Road is an incredible suspence thriller akin to Rear Window and Strangers on a Train. I don't want to give away too much of this films story because it will totally ruin the drama but this film has a level of intrigue and interlect you don't commonly see coming out of the Hollywood saw mill.
It's thought-provoking and insightful and the ending just has to been seen to be believed.
