Review of Arlington Road (1999) by Christopher C — 19 Feb 2011
Great performance from Jeff Bridges and Tim Robbins in this thriller. I was at the edge of my seat in the cinema. This is an under rated movies by the critics in my opinion. Anyway, the story is about a paranoid Mr.
Faraday (Beidges) who thinks his neighbor (Robbins) is a terrorist after saving his son. So he try spying on his neighbor to collect evidence to back up his conspiracy theory. By the way Faraday lectures American courses in terrorism.
The annoyed neighbor plan a nice plot and play along with Faraday with "YOU ARE BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE, DUDE" message. I love the ending... making feeling twisted, numb and amazed. One of the best thriller for me.
