Review of Argo (2012) by Andy S — 28 Dec 2013
Wow, its crazy to see how much shit the country of Iran has been through and all because the Shahs in power are either corrupt or don't know how to govern or don't care. But it is receiving to see that the citizens of Iran take to the streets and give a fight for what's right, for what's theres. A lot of tension and anxiousness building around that Embassy.
I can't believe that all this planning and fake movie shit had to go down in order to just get into Iran. That's really ballsy of him to go to Iran with everything going on. They're literally walking through the lions den when they all go to the bazaar.
Man, my butthole was tight the whole time when they were passing through the airport. That was insane how they even chased them down the runway. They weren't going to let up easily.
Quite an amazing feat and and even more amazing and compelling story. It shows how one man's bold decision changed the whole outcome of everything. This is something that could have easily led to bloodshed and quite possibly a war between America and Iran, but thankfully it was all done peacefully and very masterfully and planned carefully. I'm glad I watched this movie and I'm glad they chose to make a movie about it. Very impactful. Great movie!
