Review of Argo (2012) by Allison K — 30 Oct 2013
This was a great flick. It doesn't necessarily have any real emotional appeal, but it didn't need that much to begin with. The whole story was carried out so smoothly, and the very ending left me gripping my armrests as tightly as I could.
Affleck was definitely snubbed for a Best Director nomination, but it made up for it with a Best Picture win, which was well deserved.
