Review of Argo (2012) by Valentin G — 11 Jul 2015

Ben Affleck built a strong story, the mix of drama and suspence is awesome. These are the kind of movies that deserve to be called "Thriller", is exciting, compelling and makes us feel nervous, from start to finish.

The beautiful score by Alexander Desplat is used to perfection and is very noticeable in many scenes, the same happens with the edition by William Goldenberg, which is evident during the whole film, without showing us unnecessary scenes.

And finally what makes this movie work, the adapted screenplay by Chris Terrio, is indisputably the best of the year. Argo will be remembered for many years, like those movies where everything takes importance because this perfectly accomplished, and also as the best of 2012.
