This movie suffered from the typical found footage problems. It spent too long getting to the freaky stuff, then didn't really deliver freaky stuff, and then didn't put enough budget to the antagonists of the movie (this time aliens).
It's really a shame because it seemed like had they gotten more creative, it could have been interesting, but alas they went for middle of the road boring.
