Review of Arctic Tale (2007) by Yun Z — 22 Aug 2007
I went into the theater without expecting a shock. And, yes, I was shocked by this documentary. I loved the "March of Penguins" very much. This one is as good or even better. It told a story about the lives of arctic animals and how the global warming is jeopardizing their lives.
The effect of global warming has never been shown so directly in front of my eyes. The pictures are fantastic. The cinematographers risked their lives for all the breath-taking moments. People may criticise that they should show more "reasons".
But I would rather see the fact. Music is good, although not as beautiful as the Penguins. 5 stars to salute to the best animal documentary I have ever seen.
