Review of Arctic Tale (2007) by Iris K — 24 Mar 2010
The movie may seem a little too cutesy but at the same time, the scenery of the movie is simply breath taking. [I actually believe, that people don't apprecaite the Arctic enough, because even this film shows you, that it's so much more than this ugly cold block of ice.
] The stories of the animals were also amazing. It's all really sweet but at the same time it has this deeper, sad feel to it. I don't think this movie was made so people could just look and be all like 'Well, that's one hell of a cute bear'.
The way I see it, the movie was made so people could understand how hard life in the wild is, especially in those circumstances and how some animals' habits in the Arctic are fading.
