Successful business man is caught in covering up a bad business deal and ends up being perceived as some kind of hero at the end of it all.. The movie is basically well done, with fairly solid writing and Gere is still a really special actor.. I gave this only 3 stars because of the content. Bad decisions have consequences period. This guy loses plenty in the end for his, however the film still makes him out to be a bit heroic for his duplicity.

It's a good film, I just wanted him to not look so so good for making a mess of his life.
