Review of Arbitrage (2012) by Nacho S — 29 May 2013
"Arbitrage" is a powerful thriller about a 60 years old hedge fund magnate Robert Miller (Richard Gere) who at first seems a very successful businessman, a loving husband and a great father but things are not always what they seems, he committed fraud to cover the loss of his company so he could manage to sell it, meanwhile he gets caught up with a murder who turns his life upsides down.
Arbitrage is not only an intense thriller but it's also a very intelligent character study, and Richard Gere gives a powerful performance in one of the most complicated roles he ever played.
