Review of Apt Pupil (1998) by Daniel Q — 12 Nov 2007
This film was disturbing to say the least. A great deal of gruesome and morbid glimpses into the psyches of two monsters, one a Nazi war criminal, the other a brilliant young academic. The character portrayed by Renfro was really as much of a sick twisted individual as McKellen's Nazi character, this film just sort of captured the manner in which evil is formed, and how people can really be quite evil.
