.interesting story with many controversial questions and a great study of human curiosity, questionable morality, choices we make and a very deep exploration of one having power over someone else's existence; as a character in a movie says - "To have someone in your control. To have them know that they are alive only because you have not decided to the contrary."..
What gives this movie a whole another dimension of quality, that makes it raise way against average, are always excellent Ian McKellen and recently deceased Brad Renfro (R.I.P.) who brought to the screen one of the most evil, disturbing and misguided children villains in a movie history..
