Review of Appaloosa (2008) by M M — 30 Mar 2010
This reminded me of the book the Oxbow Incident. A paced western with a touch of philosophy and a big dose of keeping high morals. There are definite flaws - time shifts don't work and Renee Zellweger's character is at times unconvincing, and well, the good guys fantastically survive, but I really enjoyed Ed Harris and thought Viggo Mortensen's supporting role was superb.
