Review of Appaloosa (2008) by Larry M — 05 Nov 2010
Solid adaptation of Robert B. Parker's novel that stays close to the book, for better or worse, by retaining the witty dialogue & unique characters, but also the anti-climatic ending. The cast is for the most part excellent, with Harris & Mortensen born to star in Westerns while Irons is his usual excellence as the main villain.
However, Zellweger is not believeable as the woman they all fight over. Worth catching on TV.
