Review of Apollo 13 (1995) by Pietro B — 28 Apr 2010
Best Ron Howard's effort imho. I've always benn fascinated by space and this true story of a failed moon landing mission is incredibly breath-taking. Great cast, tension and filmaking. It seems they don't make movies like this anymore (especially in hollywood) where the acting and the timing of the shots meet perfectly.
