Think what you'd like about the man but there is no denying that when it comes to movie making on an epic scale director Mel Gibson is up for the task. Whether or not Apocalypto is accurate or an over dramatization, Gibson offers lush landscapes, brutal violence, a challenging dialect & raw emotion.
