Although the lead character finally acknowledges it tacitly, it would have been nice to hear someone say earlier in the film "you mean that apartment is haunted?" instead of just "this apartment feels spooky".

And once you realize it, how about calling an exorcist? An uninspired remake of yet another Japanese horror premise, they do at least one thing right in the end, which I was not expecting them to do, and also I like Mischa Barton, which certainly helps a lot, but not quite enough to objectively give anything more than a mediocre rating.
