Review of Apache (1954) by Dead-Head M — 18 Mar 2008
Once you get past the whole Burt Lancaster as a Native American thing, this is a great movie. Good plot, good romance, good message, none of which I expected. The domestication of a warrior is not often dealt with so well, in Hollywood or otherwise.
Surprisingly touching for a Western.
