Review of Anvil! The Story of Anvil (2008) by Isabel E — 05 Dec 2010

So far this the most inspiring movie I've ever seen. I had heard from this band before, maybe heard a song or two; and I had them in my mind as just another 80's metal band that didn't make it. At the beginning it seemed like a joke,; But then you understand how serious this guys are and then see all the things they had to go through... it's just amazing...it has a very honest message of dedication and hard work, this guys never sold out and were true to their music and in top of everything they act like regular folks with normal jobs and families.

This film gave me the opportunity to learn more about Anvil and their legacy to the metal scene and that is never to late to accomplish your dreams. Just Superb, highly recommended.

And just can't wait to see their live act someday in the near future!
