Review of Anthropophagous (1980) by Senor C — 02 Dec 2010

This one has a little notoriety landing itself (along w/ its sequel) on the Video Nasty list but I found it to be a bit dull. It starts off well enough w/ a meat clever to the head but you could skip ahead about 50 minutes until you get any of the goods again.

There's only two real scenes of gruesomeness w/ a fetus being eaten; ripped from its mother the hard way not via C-section & the intestine munching @ the end. I think this is only available in Britain w/ 3 minutes of cuts so I would figure you would basically get about nothing except boredom.

Joe D'Amato know more for his pornography should have spiced things up a little bit w/ some sex.
