Review of Another Woman (1988) by Mark B — 14 Jan 2008
Seems to me that every once in a while woody allen gets all sad and writes a movie without humour and very little hope. some I like, matchpoint, because they have an overarching philosophical point and some, like this one, I just find boring and overly dramatic.
maybe I would like it more if I knew what it was like to be fifty or understood german humanities better. this one is about as bland as the color scheme.
