Review of Anonymous (2011) by Gemma B — 11 Feb 2012
An entertaining twist on history where Shakespeare didn't actually write his plays but was really a hack actor. I remember seeing the ads and thinking it was going to focus more on Shakespeare, but really the spotlight is on the supposed true playwright, the Earl of Oxford.
The movie makes me want to read up more on the history of that time.
