Very low energy, poor pacing. The dialogue is stale, stilted, painfully awkward. It appears that they went through multiple drafts and did not make sure that the end product was coherent. There are decisions made by the characters which assume the audience is very unintelligent.

"preachy," but not offering any vision or theme. I cannot find anything positive about this film.
