I enjoyed this movie as a metaphor. its about communication and not meeting our humanity in this missed communication. the country is divided into factions, like congress and we never seem to meet as one.

this is how I enjoys this movie. yet, as sci fi, at a point near the end, there is an explosion of light which is really cool. at first I was struggling to like it above the horror I was seeing. in the end was an unusual resolve.

for me, this was the movie of the year and kind of better than the shape of water which had originality yet the same story as always. this movie was a little different and a little more original.
