Mesmeric, beautiful, violent and enthralling. Intelligent sci-fi for a change, with great acting, story and cinematography. If you enjoy the work of Alex Garland (Ex Machina, 28 Days Later, Sunshine) then you should thoroughly enjoy Annihilation.
