Pretentious garbage. I enjoy the type of movie this was trying to be, Ex Machina as well, but an awful, awful script and terrible acting sank the whole thing. Great visuals and a few interesting ideas, but I was literally laughing at some of the clunky dialog rolling out of actors who looked like they were as bored as me.
An insult to the genre.
