I have seen different adaptations of "ANNIE" and this one wasn't half bad. The storyline was a little different and told more in an African American style with Annie being more "sassy" than " streetwise" but was able to handle her business.
Jamie Foxx looked a bit out of place as "Daddy Warbucks" character playing a rich cellphone entrepreneur running for Mayor for some unknown reason. Some singing and dancing for further entertainment.
Good for the kids.
