Annie is a god awful film that is shockingly worst when nobody is singing. If the purpose was to feel empathy for Annie and create a emotional connection between the characters, than its nearly a failure.
Some of the songs are the worst I've ever heard from a musical and Cameron Diaz gives one of the worst performances of the year.
