Despite its historical inaccuracies, this magnificently staged costume epic about King Henry VIII's relationship with wife Anne Boleyn is one of the best period films from the 1960's. Richard Burton and Gnevieve Bujold are outstanding, with great support from Irene Papas and Anthony Quayle.
